Apple iPad Nano Coming?
Apple iPad has high-resolution, 9.7-inch LED-backlit IPS display, An incredibly responsive Multi-Touch screen. And an amazingly powerful Apple-designed chip.
Digitimes reported that apple has been planning to release a smaller size ipad which will be priced below $400. The new ipad nano will be 5 to 7 inch in size and expected to launch as soon as the first quarter of 2011.
Apple is reportedly scheduling a smaller 5- to 7-inch version of the iPad that is expected to launch as soon as the first quarter of 2011, according to Digitimes Research senior analyst Mingchi Kuo.
Kuo, citing talks with upstream component sources, said Apple’s smaller-size iPad will be priced below US$400 and will target the highly-portable mobile device market and consumers that focus mainly on reading and do not have a high demand for text input.
However its not necessary for apple to release a smaller version for everything that comes out.

lol. that sounds stupid. i think they should just upgrade the software and a bit of their design on ipad and just shrink it all the way to the ipod-wanna-be!. i would only buy either ipod touch or ipad nano.. but i would buy both ipod touch & IPAD!

Guys, nobody knows what’s going on Cupertino except the folks at Apple.This is just (poor) speculation. If there will be an iPad Nano (and that’s an “if”) it would most likely be the size of a kindle fire. Now, I’m speculating… and it’s no more than that.
The photo up there is of a photoshopped 1st Gen iPhone with screen made just slightly wider. Obviously, with the iPod touch and the iPhone, Apple wouldn’t release an identical product with the same name.
