The theme is based on the metro UI and features a new :

Installation Instructions :

To enjoy the complete Windows 8 look you will need the wallpaper,theme files and icons.

Download Aero Lite Theme / Download Windows 8 shh Wallpaper Pack / Download Metro icons set

To install the theme you will need to patch your system files first, for that download the free program called “UX Theme Patcher“

Once UX Theme Patcher is installed you should copy the theme files to ‘..\Windows\Resources\Themes’ and then activate the theme. Once the theme is activated you should install the wallpaper and icons.
