GNOME offers an easy to understand desktop for your GNU/Linux or UNIX computer. Gnome theme for Firefox is a simple black theme which is developed by Purpler from deviantart.
The current version is compatible with Firefox 3.6 also, Checkout the screen shot below:
Installation Instructions:

To install drag&drop .jar file onto a Tools/Add-ons/Themes window and restart browser..

To be able to install this theme one particular about:config entry is needed which allows you to install an add-on from your hard drive.
1) in address bar type about:config and in Filter bar paste extensions.hideInstallButton and double click it until its value become False.
2) Open Tools/Add-ons/Themes and in bottom left part of the window click on Install button and browse to downloaded theme, select it and Open it and restart your browser after successful installation.
Looks best with large icons ON.
