The default trackball color on nexus one is white. This little trackball blinks when we have an  instantly of texts, emails, or incoming calls in a white color.

What if it alert me on incoming SMS/MMS  in rainbow colors?

Thanks to lilHermit for developing a app called " Trackball Color Notify", This little app allows you to set the color of the trackball on incoming SMS/MMS.

This app is on beta stage for now and can be downloaded from here

Requirement :

- Su/Rooted phone

- Nexus One

- Notifications turned off in your SMS/MMS app

Update : A new version is released that is Trackball Alert v1.0beta3 which has got some new features i.e :
