Usually netbooks don't cone with CD drives, and getting an external CD drive is not a good option. Ofcourse some models of MSI netbooks do have it, but other brands like Acer, HP and Dell don't.
The best option available is, get a USB stick and the ISO of the Windows you want to install. Then use the following freeware I'm sharing - It's the best tool available.
