Installation:
1. Upload the folder “global-translator” to the “wp-content/plugins” directory.
2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.
3. From the main menu choose “Options->Global Translator” and select
your blog language and your preferred configuration options then select “Update Options”.
