Open Categories Menu Windows Phone 7 Mango RTM 7720 Timeout Error Fix

If your following the Mango RTM 7720 installation guide at step 16 to be exact when we run the ISVTo7720.bat it gives a timeout error at the point where the phone restarts. The quick fix for this problem is propsed by Ludovic B from xda developers forum.
I have an omnia 7 and I had timeout error during the upgrade process.
I tried to reinstall zune and the firmware updater.
I tried to remove videos and music.
but it did not work.
Finaly I had a look at the cmd file. in the directory there is 3 updates. From 7718 7712 and 7661. each has a few packages.
I am a msdn dev so I was on beta 2 refresh (7712). So I tried to remove all 7661 packages from the cmd file. Those packages are the biggest. I let 7718 packages.
Risky. But the phone booted more quiclky and the upgrade continued.
Now the phone says 7720.68.
now an other update is available via zune for my samsung omnia7. but my adsl box is out of order. So I can not test it for now.
To make it easy for everyone i have modified the cmd files which can be downloaded from below. Just extract the RCToRTM folder at C:\ using 7Zip or your favorite program and run the ISVTo7720.bat. I hope you wont see that lousy timeout error again, The whole update process takes about 10 to 25 minutes.
