Instructions:

First have to get  UXTheme Patcher to use the this theme..

Patch the system files….and follow the steps Below!:

To install this theme correctly, copy theTigerV folders and TigerV .theme files to XP’s default theme directory …WINDOWS\Resources\Themes (use the shortcut)

If you have Installed the theme correctly it can be applied via themes under display properties,

Its best to apply this theme via display properties or .theme file, this will transform your desktop with one click (sounds, cursors, icons, wall will be installed) then choose your desired font style and color scheme under appearance.
